Epic Beacon Oncology Consulting Opportunities

If you've built treatment plans from scratch, validated chemotherapy protocols before a go-live, or spent hours making sure dose calculations and regimen builds are exactly right — you understand what Beacon work really demands.

This isn't a module where you can fake it. Protocol management. Cancer staging documentation. Infusion workflows. The pharmacy integration alone requires someone who gets how Willow and Beacon talk to each other. It's high-stakes, clinical, and deeply technical.

We work exclusively with senior-level Epic Beacon consultants — people who've been through real oncology implementations, not just post-live ticket queues. If that's you, we'd like to talk.

What We Look For

We were founded by people who came out of Epic, Bluetree, and Nordic. We know what the big firms look like from the inside — the layers, the overhead, the margin stacking that means consultants take home less than they should.

Our model is intentionally lean. No UGM sponsorships. No unnecessary middle management. That means one concrete thing for you: better rates.

We work with Epic-certified Beacon consultants only. Here's what that typically looks like:

  • Active Epic certification in Beacon (Oncology) — current and verifiable

  • Real implementation or optimization experience — you've been through go-lives, not just break-fix

  • Deep understanding of oncology workflows — treatment plans, chemotherapy protocols, cancer staging, infusion administration

  • Pharmacy integration knowledge — comfortable with how Beacon connects to Willow for medication management and dose tracking

  • Clinical communication skills — able to work directly with oncologists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and cancer center leadership

We don't blast your resume out to every open req. Before we make any introductions, we take the time to understand your background, your preferences, and the kind of oncology work you actually want to do.

We also place senior consultants in Epic OpTime (Surgical) and other Epic modules.
